Took days to fulfill order. Never responded to email asking about when order would be shipped. Missed Mothers Day...

The necklace is beautiful! However, I paid for 2 day priority shipping and my necklace wasn't shipped until a week AFTER placing order. And that was after emailing a couple of times to find out if it had been shipped. After the second email it was finally shipped a week later.
